Guy that sold us the truck was absolutely awful, and a totally babbling, blustering fool. He repeatedly misspelled our last name on the paperwork even after we told him over and over how to spell it correctly. Title came after the temp tag expired and was also misspelled. They collected Ohio sales tax even though we are Kentucky residents, and now won't pick up the phone to send over the sales tax. Finally got some rude person to answer and say to call back at 3; they're back to not answering the phone. Fax is broken and can't even receive the papers we need completed. Never again.

Can't seem to get my title. Temporary tags expired October 7. I've had the car since August 23. Can't even drive my car. It's gotten to the point where I'm going to have to file a lost title. Not happy at all.
