Most of the when I go to pick up my scripts at the drive thru, I wait at least 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Then I just drive off. the clerks aren't overly friendly and seem to be put out.

Has a horrible time with switching insurance plans even though your endurance company has already approved you to go there

This rite aid SUCKS!!! Everytime I go to pick up my medicine I get a run around. I had gottennA text on wednesday saying my script would be ready the 11th. I called this morning and asked if it was ready they said no it would be in an hour so I waited two hours and went over just to get there and have them tell me I can't get it until next week! WHAT?! This kind of stuff happens all the time. Like when they 'partial it' and give you two days worth and tell you that you can come back in four days to get the rest. Hm because that makes sense, right? This pharmacy is a JOKE and I will not be going there any more.

I have used Rite Aid Pharmacy in Penn Yan since they came to town 25+ years ago. I left for a short time to discover that Rite Aid was where i needed to be. Yes they are not perfect but neither am i or the folks who give them 1 star.
