The store sales mislead my purchase. After I finished purchase, they did not deliver their promise. I paid for goods and service, but they did not give me an explanation and asked security to kick me out. Worst customer service. Reported to BBB, FTC, NYAG.

The Theory discriminates against Asian women, I have experienced. However, the Theory never responded to my complaints.
