You guys saved me last minute! I tried to do my taxes myself to see if I could do it, but I didn't trust that I was truly getting such a large refund back; I needed peace of mind and you guys verified my taxes quickly; in fact, I was receiving an even larger refund than I had anticipated. I loved being able to simply drop my documents off, and receive an email with plenty of options for how to pay H&R Block for the service, and receive my payment(s) from the government. John Young and Marilyn are awesome!

I had ok experience at h and r block the person doing them wasn't very personable to talk to me about taxes being done ,, and they have these commercials on tv about upfront pricing ,but no one told me what i would be charged and just told me the total at the end and it was almost 300 dollars just held up the paper with all the prices ,and was like oh it's because of this form and that one but didnt let me read the paper or explain what the charges was fornlet
