Rodrigo, Rafael, and Adrien and the entire team at Palette Pro are the absolute best. They are meticulous and thorough and patient. I hired them for a big job initially, which included sanding and staining existing floors, installing new hardwood floors, painting all interior walls and trim, wallpaper installation and spraying all existing cabinets and installation of new hardware. They went above and beyond, and I have hired them for additional jobs since, and will be having them back again for future renovations.
This was the second time I use Palette Pro. They again did a excellent job!nProfessional Reliable on time and respectful of the rest of my home. Would recommend them to anyone
From start to finish Palette Pros exceeded my expectations. The salesman André was on time, attentive, knowledgeable and responsive. The price quote came in at half of what 2 other companies quoted me at. The technicians were polite, professional and communicated very well. They cleaned up everyday after they were done and corrected anything that was not perfect before I asked them to. (Only 2 small details, but I noticed).nThey even followed up from their office afterwards to ensure I was 100% happy prior to billing me. Excellent experience and I’ve already referred them twice and will definitely use in the future! Thanks guys!
Make sure you know what colors you want. John has a great team that takes pride in their craft. Make sure you ask for Zhong! He will make sure all the details are taken care of.
The people at Palette Pro were great from the initial bid, to the great communication regarding our job, to the workers here at the house. They were able to fix several things rather than replace and that was a great savings for us. They cleaned up every day and did a great job. Everyone was super polite and nice to have around. A lot of companies talk about customer satisfaction, but Palette Pro really means it!
