Terrible service!!!nAfter waiting 25 minutes in line the lady at the pharmacy (which wasn’t wearing a mask) told me that because they didn’t have electricity my doctors order haven’t been processed and they are nowhere to be found...i am so confused at this comment...i understand that they can’t full fill the orders while they don’t have electricity but when it comes back all the orders should be on the computer!!!!!

My husband is 72 and has a compromised immune system. I transferred his prescriptions from South Bedford Road, MT. Kisco to the Armonk store based on the fact that Armonk has a drive up window.nI called to check the prescription and it was ready and inquired about a change in vitamins my husband needed, which was over the counter. I was told when he pulled up, just ask for the vitamins he needed and they would get them because they were close by the counter.. I expressed concern about holding the line up but was assured it was no problem at all.nMy husband arrived at the drive up and the women OUTRIGHT refused to get the vitamins on the shelf.nShe was rude and uncaring, something we don’t need at this time.nWhat was the point of transferring our prescriptions? My husband had to park and go into the store!nHe could have done that in Mt. Kisco without the rudeness of a person at the window.nI suggest either everyone works by the same rules if you want to keep customers.nI am now understanding, from Armonk residents that this CVS is always a problem!nNeedless to say, if your employees conduct themselves in this manner, we are moving back to your Mt.nKisco store.nNo one needs this kind of treatment dealing with our current situation!nI did try to call, but was left on hold, at the pharmacy for 15 minutes!nnDiane Bonnie Lang
