The dog park is fantastic. No aggressive dogs or aggressive owners. Everyone is friendly. There are water bowls and a big and small dog area. Plenty of zooming space and welll maintained. And it's really pretty to boot!

A great little county park, with a dog run, and an old abandoned quarry. Don't go though, because I don't want it to be too crowded. ud83dude01

A nice local park with about 8 miles of trail. Nothing hard for the experienced hiker, but some cool features related to the old quarry.nThe south facing trails tend to be noisy because of nearby Rt 202, but otherwise generally peaceful. I was there with lots of dry leaves on the ground, it's a bit treacherous on some of the steeper descents, so know what you are getting into, or avoid those trails when wet/snow/leafy.

Beautiful quiet place. But please, dog owners, clean up after your dogs and bring the bags back out with you. Tired of stepping in poop hidden under leaves.

Tucked away amidst a very busy suburban residential and shopping area is an extremely peaceful and attractive place to walk and hike. A former site of a quarry for St. John the Divine church in NYC.
