This storage is 24 hour access and always very clean. Double gated security and password protected. Highly recommended!
Storage facility is new. Accessibility is good. Client service needs improvement.nnI drove from NYC to my storage unit on MLK day with my 3 year old. When I stopped in the office to ask if we could use their restroom (which were permitted to use on the day we opened our storage unit) I was told to go up their hill to a porta-john. Given that I pay around $200 a month that helps support their business, I was pretty disturbed that a mom and young child were told they couldn't use the office bathroom on a cold January day. Not the most hospitable for a company in the client service sector.
Never had any issues. Staff is very helpful. I had my stuff here for YEARS! Never had a problem. Also love that they have 24/7 access via keypad at the gate
