They coordinate well with all of our projects and are able to work within tight time frames to meet customer's needs. Our company works with RiteWay weekly and everyone on staff is friendly, reliable, and genuinely concerned about the customer's satisfaction.

Made an appointment at 2pm for a visit for 5pm. Gentlemen who answered the phone asked me to text him my address and after that he never answered his phone again. Most shadiest businesses impression yet.

More like wrong way. If you want an electrician that schedules a 10:30 am appointment for a quote with you, doesn't show up, doesn't answer his phone, then calls at almost 12 pm to see if he can come - then maybe this is the right company for you. But if he can't even be on time for a quote to try to make a great 1st impression and earn your business, what do you think it's going to be like once he has your money? I said thanks but no thanks.
