I used to order from this place all the time until they started to make one mistake after another. Took me months but I finally decided to give it another try since the food is great. I had friends Over and placed a big order. Trust me EVERYTHING they’ve sent was wrong. I didn’t even bother to call. This week I ordered a pizza and told the guy a pizza what happened on the previous time and he said: don’t worry I gotchu.nI ordered a large spinach Alfredo with chicken and here is a picture of what they sent me exactly the way it shows . They sent me another pizza afterwards but they forgot to add chicken ud83dude44

Amazing experience in getting mixed pizza. The delivery was quick and food was served hot!nnWe had a Ubereats glitch, wherein an Ubereats member already picked up the order when we did not specify the order as 'pick-up'.nnThis pizza place was generous enough to bake a whole new pizza for us, by understanding the situation and at no extra charges!nnThanks and I recommend this place.

I wanted a Mediterranean veggie pizza, did not have so I order a small with pepperoni, onion, and green pepper, was told 13.11. After going there to pick up pizza was told 17.11 what a ripoff. Because I complained the person that was going to ring me up pass it on to another person, she told me that I was ruded.

This is the worst Papa Johns store. The manager hung up on us after we attempted to ask for a refund because our order was 2 hours late. We proceeded to call customer service who called the store who did not pick up.nnThe manager is unbelievably rude, I sent a report against this branch in to the corporate office. Extremely unprofessional. If you are going to order Papa Johns, order from Brighton. This branch is the worst, most disorganized location I have ever seen. I would advise avoiding them at all costs unless you want your money down the drain!
