Rented from this place years ago. Never had a problem. Always a clean place. Had to rent from them again and nothing has changed! Still a great place to rent from. I moved out from Public Storage because them raising my rent and the place being a complete mess including the bathrooms there. Look for that review along with my other reviews. But Sunrise Storage is the place to rent from. Best prices and I checked many places all around me in Suffolk and they were the best.

Normally, I wouldn't write a review unless it was a bad one.nHowever, this place deserves the time and effort it takes tongive it a good one. My time is very valuable and Inappreciate a job well done. The place is well maintained.nThe staff are professional. There was a cart with a brokennwheel - it gets mentioned, it gets fixed. Bulbs out... fixed bynthe time you go back. These places can bencreepy. This one is not. It is comfortable, bright and cleannNot that anyone wants to store their stuff, but if you are outnof room and need a place, this is the place to go.

If you are attending their storage room auction, the only person that attends is the owner, his family, and their lawyer. You are bidding against the owner or his daughter, they bid and win everything to keep and resell for themselves. I have no problem with that, but my complaint is they wasted 45 mins of my life minutes attending a rigged auction for legal reasons.nnOn the oddity note, they are the only company that has a lawyer on site to hold the auction. All other Long Island auctions are held by auctioneers or the district manger. And they think it's normal to bid against the auction company, the owner will keep raising his amount until he meets the amount owned on back rent on the unit. They are not shy to point it out that they are the owner and can out class you.

I've had a space there for almost a decade now and it's a terrific place... A clean facility with an always pleasant and accommodating staff... Sunrise Storage should always be your first stop when you're looking for a rental unit.
