Excellent service!! I made a mistake when packing and accidentally stored some documents I needed in order to leave the country and didn't realize until 2 or 3 in the morning. I emailed and left them a message on their machine and the moment they were open I got a response. Everyone was incredibly helpful and resourceful. When I got to the warehouse my boxes were pulled out and waiting for me along with box cutters and packing tape. They made sure I had everything and that nothing else was misplaced. They really went out of their way to help me and I can't recommend them enough!
Collegiate has been great. I stored my winter clothes and jackets with them over the summer and fall semester since I’m from Cali and don’t need them during the summer. They brought my stuff to my dorm for me exactly when they said they would. I would definitely recommend using them!
Was good at one time, now i gave them my belongings and my small refrigerator. This year i not only had trouble getting my clothes, its now the end of the semester and i still do not have my refrigerator. Ive tried to resolve the issue multiple times the employees here are very unprofessional and do not seem to care in the least about this issue. I would never recommend you use this service.
Extremely easy storage. They came and picked my storage at the specified time and dropped them off to my room before I even moved in! They left me sleeping on a bare mattress! They made a lot of excuses, saying one night that their truck was towed, another that police(???) were searching the trucks, and then when they ran out of excuses, the guy who had called me from the company shut his phone off and started ignoring my calls. Impossible to get them on the phone, even during regular business hours! And I STILL don't have my stuff. Do yourself a favor and shell out for something more reputable, like Boxbee, or skip the deliveryman and rent a storage locker somewhere.
