Had a discrepancy with billing that I was never made aware of until I had a collections company call me. I was not happy to get this call since it was all news to me, but after a call to the facility and speaking with a representative, they assured me they would call me the next day to ensure everything was made right (whether I actually owed or not, etc.). The very next day, the associate called me, personally apologized, and told me they had removed my claim from collections, which was sent accidentally.nnAccidents do happen, but the speed and simplicity in which this was rectified was exceptional. I will use Affordable Storage anytime I need storage in the future thanks to this positive experience that shined through from what began as a negative one.
I would give zero stars but it isn’t an option. Terrible customer service. Increase prices almost monthly. Parking lot is not taken care of during winter months always icy. Plow truck pushes all the snow against the units a2-3 feet high and they require customers to shovel out their own unit.
