Shane, Reyna, Marisol, and the rest of the team are EXCEPTIONAL. They are competent, aggressive, and truly care about you and your situation. Most firms will tell you to go jump off a bridge after your claim is done but Shane and the team have checked in and become friends, even helping with smaller issues that came up after everything closed out. I hope to never again be in a motor vehicle accident but if I ever am, I've got Shane on speed dial.

Shane Gosdis saved my boyfriend and I a lot of pain and hassle. We were both in an odd accident situation, and the insurance company not only didn't want to cooperate, they withheld evidence from us to cover themselves.
