The food is always good. I really like their pizza, and salads are super fresh.
There pizza is usually pretty decent. Well today that changed to terrible. I had a delivery time of 1:38 and then at 1:55 I called to make sure everything was okay. They said there driver just left and would be here soon. I love maybe 7 minutes from the store. Well finally after another 35 minutes the pizza and wings finally got here. The pizza crust is hard as a rock, cheese and sauce both cold. It was all cooked almost an hour ago! This is extremely disappointing because I like to order from them. This will be my last time paying $40 for pizza and wings and then waiting an hour and a half for them.
Not good pizza indicative of what you’d expect from NY pizza. The pizza is more reminiscent of crackers with canned sauce and processed cheese cooked in an oven. Do not recommend the pizza.
The pizza is good, customer service not so much, specially if you’re ordering on the phone. They seem to either be in a bad mood or in a rush most of the time.
Slices are good, but ordering a whole pizza was a bad choice. Mozzarella sticks were no good and the wings were good other than the sauce. ALL the sauces (wing sauce, Marinara, and blue cheese) seemed to be watered down. I'd try just about anyplace else before ordering here again.
