The food is always great, but I found it highly disrespectful that one of their delivery driver's was upset that they weren't given a cash tip instead of on a card? I work at a shop, I'm thankful whenever anyone gives a tip. I understand it stinks you have to end up waiting but not everyone carries cash. Could have not tipped at all. Not to mention it is my mother's residence, she did not deserve that smart comment. This isn't the first time with unfriendly customer service. Originally rated 1 which isn't quite honest because the food again is great.
We love the food from Caputo's and often call them after we've eaten, to let them know how good the meal was!
Caputo's of Saratoga is home to my FAVORITE pizza in the area! The crust is delicious and thin, but not too thin. Ordering slices at the counter, there are so many choices, and the slices are HUGE. Meals like chicken parm or fettuccine Alfredo are also very good. Service is quick, staff are friendly, and the prices are good.
I met a friend for dinner and I was really impressed, the food was excellent and the sauce was amazing. I will definitely be back.
