No one answers the phone! If it was a one time thing fine. But it is hit or miss if anyone actually answers the phone for pickup or delivery orders. This is the third time (on different days) I have tried to call and order from them. Each time I call multiple times in 10-20 intervals before finally giving up and ordering from somewhere else. Not good customer service. If you can't do delivery take the option off your website.
Amazing wings over location. Exceptional service. Much much better portions compared to some other locations. Highly recommend. Great tasting wings as always.
All the staff here are amazing hard working independent great people , come get your tastebuds drowned in flavor at wings over Saratoga now !
Love the food. Live around the block so I’m there often. I was surprised when the owner (she told me she was the owner) was actually mad that people were placing orders. She lectured me on how I should go downtown instead to order out. I was confused because I thought business would be a good thing especially during covid but she’s just miserable and hates her job.
Lady at the front/cashier at the Saratoga location is absolutely HORRIBLE. I have never met someone so rude in my life. A simple question turns into her yelling at us and other customers. Will never be back. Do not recommend this location unless you want to be verbally abused.
