Excellent Japanese restaurant. The dishes were very tasty and professionally made,nThe sushi was very fresh and the rolls are excellently rolled. Highly recommend hot sake for perfect accompaniment of the food.nWe didn't take the Hibachi experience but we saw in the tables around us that people very much enjoyed it and the humor of the Hibachi chefs.nKinjo is highly recommended.
Kin Jo is a wonderful place to eat. Very clean fun wait staff happy to serve. The food is perfectly cooked in front of you. A show of culinary skills. Also a nice squeeze of Saki

The food is delicious! I love the Yellow Curry and Hawaiian Jumbo Shrimp. It is great that they mark gluten free items which is helpful. Great food and Jasmine tea.
We cannot say enough about Kinjo Japanese of Saratoga! This is our favorite Hibachi or sushi restaurant in the Capital Region by far. The wait staff here is always attentive and super fast. The sake recommendations are always on point and the creative Hibachi chefs are super creative and talented. The food is spectacular. While every food choice or sushi roll on the menu is fantastic, we go for the amazing Hibachi chef shows!
