I contacted Jim with an electrical issue which came up very quickly. It was not an emergency but I did call after hours as I did not have an electrician and wanted to resolve the problem ASAP. Jim called back promptly and let me know his availability, which was within 24 hours. Jim showed up as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. He was very thorough in his diagnostics and made sure that here were no additional issues which needed to be addressed prior to leaving. I would recommend Jim Coppola without reservation for any electrical work and will make sure to call him if I have any other issues at my home.

Jim did a tremendous amount of work in our recently purchased 1870s home in Saratoga Springs. We provided him with a long list of issues that were discovered in our home inspection and he not only resolved them, but he found more of the same issues. He also made excellent recommendations that were not suggested by the home inspector. The quality of his work is unquestionable. He was great with scheduling, showed up exactly on time, cleaned up after himself, used great quality materials and was very pleasant to work with. He will surely be our go-to electrician from now on.

Jim was excellent and that might be an understatement. We had him install a new panel and upgrade our home in Saratoga to 200 amps. He did great work and was able to work around our schedule. Can't say enough good things about him. He's the only electrician we will use moving forward.
