The best service , staff, and atmosphere you could ever ask for! I had such an amazing experience at Lily - the ones that Brides dream about. Laura and Allie made my day so special and really got to know what I was looking for and liked. After multiple appointments at other shops, it was such a breath of fresh air to walk into Lily, knowing I was in such great hands. I would go back in a heartbeat and do it all over again. I'm honored to be a Lily Bride and cannot wait to hopefully send others I know to the Lily ladies in the future. Everyone is friendly, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. I found myself wanting their opinions by the end! Can't recommend Lily Saratoga enough!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lily Saratoga. All of the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and are truly invested in helping you. This was the first bridal shop I visited and I left with my dream dress. The store has lots of different styles, brands and price ranges of dresses to choose from. They also have a great sanitation system during the pandemic, which made me feel safe trying on dresses. I highly recommend any brides looking for their dream dress to visit Lily Saratoga!

Found a beautiful wedding gown here. The staff was friendly and provided a variety of options and styles. However, I was a little upset when I found out the dress I purchased off the rack was 5 sizes too big and the amount of money I would have to spend for alterations. This should have been highlighted more when I was shopping. Feels like they got their business and also made a lot of business for their seamstress at my expense.

I had a truly flawless experience with Lily Saratoga and would highly recommend them to other brides. The way they handled covid precautions made me feel safe, but also fully able to be present in the shopping experience. The sales people are absurdly nice and very helpful without being pushy whatsoever. Our sales woman really listened to me and somehow found the right dress even though it wasn't what I'd been asking for. I typically am an indecisive shopper, but Lily Saratoga was the first dress store I went to and I left having purchased my dress! I recently picked up my dress and it fit almost perfectly. I'm so grateful for how well they listened to me, their flexibility during a pandemic (I had to reschedule my fitting multiple times), and their affordable prices! I can't wait to wear a Lily dress on my wedding day!
