James from James Bell P.C. - Healthcare Fraud Group is comforting, knowledgeable, down to earth and trustworthy. I had a great experience working with him, and I am grateful for his help. He will make you feel very comfortable and will be very realistic and honest about everything. He doesn't have the money-hungry lawyer vibe at all. He is a very intelligent and honest man; I would highly suggest working with him to any of my loved ones. When working with James, I felt that he went the extra mile to help me accomplish things we needed to accomplish to win the case, even on very short notice. He is a great attorney and I would not hesitate to work with him again for any reason.

The words "Professional" and "Caring" are the first words that come to mind when I think of James Bell P.C. - Healthcare Fraud Group. It is not a fact that I cannot be impressed, it is a fact that it takes a good deal of work to impress me. Without any doubt, I can honestly say I have met a few people in my professional career that have impressed me as much as the personnel associated with this firm did. From the lady at the reception desk to the lawyers representing us during the preparation and adjudication of my case, my wife and I were treated with the utmost respect and integrity that garnered my utmost appreciation. I know my case was not large in economic terms but it was not treated that way. It took almost five years to get my case in front of a judge but that did not hinder or deter the lawyers who worked my case. The result of their hard work was gratifying to me as well as my family. Words sometimes cannot confer the appreciation and gratification I have for the personnel who make up the firm I simply say "Thank You" for a job well done.

When I first found myself in legal trouble, I didn't know where to turn. Every which way was just a frustrating dead end. After talking over my frustration with many others looking for advice James Bell P.C. - Healthcare Fraud Group seemed to be the leading name I kept coming across. as frustrated with other firms and as nervous about my accusation as I was, I decided to give it a shot and man I'm glad I did! Upon hanging up the very first phone call into the firm, I felt confident that I had finally chosen the right path. As the prelim hearing came, I started having many questions. They were always available and when they happened not to be, they got back to me very quickly with answers to all of my questions and concerns. This truly confirmed that the choice I made really was right!

A few months ago, in Salt Lake City, Utah, I was charged with Medicare fraud and I didn't know what to do. The next day, I contacted James Bell P.C. - Healthcare Fraud Group and explained my situation. They told me not to worry and that I would be contacted by one of their lawyers. About 15 minutes later someone from this law firm contacted me and I briefed him on the situation. He advised me that he would be contacting James to assist me. The next day I met with James and we started to come up with a game plan. I advised James that my career was in jeopardy. He made it his goal that I keep my employment. He was very professional and kept me in the loop the entire time. He worked hard with the local prosecutor to reach a good plea deal. The evidence against me was not ideal but James was able to work with it. I recommend if you find yourself in a similar situation as me you contact this law firm. I would just like to say thanks to James and everyone.

This law firm in Salt Lake City handled a case for my family and they were extremely awesome to work with. They kept us informed and answered any questions that we had. They were patient and answered all the questions we asked (we had a ton of them). You'll never have to worry about waiting around for a response for any questions, their response time is so quick! I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much!
