Tivoli Lake Preserve

Hidden green space in the city. Good trails and water structure. Squatters reside in the park. There's an unreasonable amount of garbage and no visible trash receptacles. This park has the potential to be a five-star but not in its current condition.

My backyard. Nothing spectacular. Little nature, short trails, walkable, or bicycle. Train tracks visible, small pond with life, also large drain runs through.

Beautiful, hidden gem! Short trail. Great place to hang out and chill or have a picnic. Just be sure to bring a blanket as there are no picnic tables.

They are working on it right know. I hope they clean it up and every body respectively keeps it nice...

Wild foraging, bird watching, muskrat spotting! People from all walks can get down with it. Today we found some hatched turtle eggs and took some pictures of plants to identify. Definitely found beebalm and St. John's wort and an abandoned bike buried in a ditch. My friend always enjoys mooning the Amtrak as it barrels by.
