Starting online with my reservation, and heading into the store to complete everything.. The experience was fast and efficient. I even got a call while making my reservation online. Which was very inviting, and made me want to hurry up and start using my storage.

I have used a variety of units at Albany Super Storage over the past 6 years. The facility has always been well maintained, and the staff has been available and helpful. It is a secure storage space, and I highly recommend it!
Katie an absolute delight, professional, informative And efficient. Owned by very balanced Women, yin/yang-positive/negative energy no doubt. Rational logic meets feminine twist, even their storage boxes and hardware is aesthetically pleasing. Personally I think they should create a tiny room in the woods facility where urban dwellers could escape to a 8x10 country getaway. Go ladies go, I’d be the first to sign up. Holler back, I have it all visualized in my head.nBravo!
Staff is extremely helpful, polite, professional. They made me feel very comfortable. I had a great experience.
