If you love McDonald’s as much as I do I would recommend driving to a different location. I’ve been to this specific McDonalds several times and each time was greeted by the females with attitude. They have no respect or shame when it comes to handling their customers with dignity and respect. And once again this happened on all the several occasions I’ve come here. When hiring they should definitely look into how their employees handle customers and customer service.
I ordered breakfast from the drive though. My food was ready quickly and it was fresh. Employees were very friendly. Thank you. Good customer service is becoming a rarity these days. 💜💜
Me and my husband went yesterday ordered two green cheeseburgers a basket of fries and a happy meal with extra fries.. We did not get the basket of fries and a happy mail did not come with extra fries that I we did not get the basket of fries..
I am always treated poorly at this location. Attitude does not match customer expectations or restaurant expectations. I know McDonalds has higher expectations for their employees. The order takers I get seem like if they were very unhappy. We as customers dont have to carry on the bad experiences or feelings of others. Very disappointed. Hopefully attitude gets better.
Poor customer service, especially manager is really rude and employees don’t give you what you ordered. One employee was helpful I don’t know her name unfortunately but other than that I recommend going to a different McDonald’s.
