My wife and I had our will, advance directives and trust prepared by Lonnie. In total, it took 2 appointments both of which lasted about 30 minutes. I'm very pleased at the efficiency that this took given our busy schedules. Lonnie is very personable and if you're looking for a suit and tie, look elsewhere. His explanations of the process and particular concepts of each document were not laden with legalese that I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Lonnie for legal services!

I also pay for legal services through work benefits. I called Lonnie today, because I have a surgery coming up and I wanted my affairs in order just to be safe. He called back 10 minutes later and was even going to try to fit me in on a Saturday if I couldn't come by today. I made the time. 45 minutes after the call I was in his office signing all of the paperwork necessary for my Will, Trust, Estate Planning and Power of Attorney. I couldn't believe how quickly this happened, and how fast he fit me in because of a time sensitive matter. I would highly recommend him for your needs in these matters.

I seen Lonnie for my Estate planning. He was very friendly and helpful. I am on a legal plan at my work I was given several lawyers to choose from and I am really glad I chose him. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I found Mr. Eliason thru the legal plan where I work. I chose him from the list I was provided based on his Google reviews. When I called to make an appointment, I was transferred to him right away and that impressed me. I gave him a brief snippet of my issue and he assured me that we could get the issue resolved. I made an appointment to go in and see him the day after Labor Day. My husband and I got there on that day and the receptionist asked if we were there to see Mr. Eliason, I said yes. She said he'd had an emergency and had to cancel our appointment. Okay, things do come up. She said she would call us when he got back to the office. When I hadn't heard from anyone within a couple of days, I called back. The receptionist said she had just been about to call me. She set up an appointment for the following Monday--the 14th. Mind you, I should mention at this point, my issue was very time sensitive. Monday comes and I get a phone call about 11 am from the receptionist. She said he wouldn't be in the office after all. Now I was getting a little upset, because of the time sensitivity of my issue and I felt like I was getting put off. I said as much to her and she says "well, you can come in and get the papers". I'm like what? She says the papers for your trust. I told her that was NOT what I was seeing him for. She's like oh, I can't read his handwriting, would I accept a phone consultation? I said yes. So he called me that afternoon, we talked about it and he said he'd write them a letter. Okay great. He said he'd send me a copy as well. By Friday the 18th I hadn't heard from him or seen the letter. I tried calling him, emailing him--nothing. Sunday 9/20 at 4 am, he sends me an email with the letter attached. I didn't check my emails until Monday the 21st, but advised him to go ahead and send it. Of course the party to whom it was sent responded and I emailed Mr. Eliason to see what our next steps would be and NO RESPONSE AT ALL!! I tried emailing him--for a paper trail documenting. Nothing. Friday the 25th I happened to be driving by his office and decided to pop in. He was there and I finally got to meet him in person. Even after I'd introduced myself, I had to remind him who I was and what he was doing for me. He said that with my issue there was nothing he could do for me. I told him that wasn't what he'd told me 3 weeks prior. Bottom line? 1) He wasted my time for 3 weeks, when he knew this was a time sensitive issue. 2) I had to call or contact him myself EVERY TIME we talked/emailed. 3) and this is a big one. EACH time I talked to him he wanted to know if I'd made a will or needed my credit repaired. EVERY TIME. It was like that was more important to him than my case. I will also be advising the legal plan where I work and found him, of his conduct. Never ever again.
