Ordered a dinner and 2 apps last night.nHorrible food. Straight up disgusting, actually. After opening up the garbage can just now and seeing $25 worth of food sitting in the trash I figured I'd leave a review. You're better off eating anywhere else.

They literally sent me raw turkey bacon when I never asked for turkey bacon. The turkey bacon also was turning colors around the edges as if it was old and dried out from not being stored properly. They contaminated the food I ordered with raw turkey bacon and refused to replace the food or refund it. They then told me they never cook their turkey bacon and said next time I should ask them to cook it even though I never ordered turkey bacon. This was after apologizing and stating he misunderstood me (The person who took my call was clearly struggling with english), and saying they will make sure it doesn't happen in the future but refused to do the decent thing and make it right.The manager would not get on the phone and then the employee hung up on me. I do not recommend ordering anything from them as they literally have no concept of food safety or customer service. I definitely reported them to the department of health, so I'm sure they will be getting an inspection soon. I noticed a trend in the bad reviews with bad customer service and a comment saying sorry but no offer to make things right. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. In my book refusing to replace or refund me for food that could literally make me sick no different than stealing.

What Cafe Lark had in fast and friendly service, was sadly lost - quite badly - in the quality of their pizza. The dough was to doughy. It very nearly snapped with each bite, instead of giving me that all to familiar crunch, no matter how subtle. The plain slice was, well, plain. And the only reason the pepperoni slice had ANY flavor, was - you got it - because of the pepperoni. During the first day of Restaurant Week on Lark St., I would have like something a bit more impressive.
