Every team member we came in contact with was professional, understanding, and came through with every promise they made! The job was done quickly, without any burden on us, & they came out beautiful! We are grateful for the high quality materials & the hard work put into making our railings look their best! We have had numerous windows (almost all the ones in our house) replaced by Bennett over the years. The company also did some more-involved construction that involved building a dormer and installing its windows. We have been happy with the quality of all the work.nnWe recently sought a bid from Bennett on a new job. In the process, we showed the Bennett rep (Tony) some hardware from a previous job (8-10 years ago) that we felt could have been better. He saw our point, and offered to provide improved hardware to make sure we were satisfied. Sure enough, a few weeks later we received a small package in the mail from Tony, containing the new hardware. I easily installed it today.nnIn my experience, this company goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a note of appreciation to the team at Bennett’s for the recent complete bathroom renovation that was done at our home. We are very pleased with the results and wanted to highlight the knowledge and expertise of everyone involved. Given that this work was done during the COVID pandemic, everyone from Bennett wore masks and respected social distancing. We felt comfortable that everyone took this seriously. Bennett installed 27 replacement windows and we could not be happier. We bought an old farm house and have had service professionals working on our house non-stop over the last year, Bennett was the most professional and simply a pleasure to work with. Superior workmanship in all the trades. We trust them 100%. We’ve employed them 3 times in the last two years and would not hesitate to bring them into our home again. In one instance we employed Bennett to solve our problem of freezing pipes in the winter, in our new construction home. The builder made several attempts to solve the problem to no avail. Bennett came in to physically evaluate the problem.
