Family Dollar

I usually don't shop at this store due to poor customer service but I see nothing has changed. The cashier's are rude and don't want to assist with ANYTHING. I will never come back even for one thing, they need to do better or hire people that at least likes their job.

I had a great experience. Customer service was excellent. Savings phenomenal.

Management has terrible customer service. The merchandise is good and convenient location. Some of the staff needs training in customer service. They eat behind the register, talk amongst themselves in front of customers and give attitude as if shopping there is bothering them.

I have never been so frustrated in my life after visiting the Family Dollar Store on Northern Boulevard in Albany New York. The staff seems to consist of foreigners who have the wrong ideology of black Americans which is why I would never go back to that store.nThe thing that they fail to realize is that they are coming from a third world country and my country is their welfare. Point Blank Period.
