East Greenbush Bowling Center

Made reservations and went bowling with a group here last night for their Cosmic Bowling special which is advertised on their website as 5:30-11pm. We were all caught off guard when our lanes got shut down right in the middle of our games and the screens gave us the message pictured. When we asked why they were turned off we were told that the $18 we paid was only for a 2 hour time slot. This is not advertised anywhere (there are 2 hour limits listed on Saturday and Sunday specials, but not Cosmic Bowling), and we were not informed of the time limit when we paid. We were under the impression that what the website says is accurate. One of the people in our group got there an hour late, and since he was attached to our group he only got 1 hour of play time, so he was completely ripped off.nnIf this is a policy they have that's one thing, but it should be clearly stated on the website. Not only that, but you should at LEAST be able to finish your current game before they turn the whole thing off. Super frustrating experience and we left pretty upset with no plans to ever return.

Took the kids bowling this afternoon, I was greeted by a staff person at front desk who was incredibly rude who told me that I couldn't bowl without a reservation and I couldn't bowl if not everyone was bowling however she would accept it this one time. She acted like I should have known better to just show up there, however this is one of my first experiences going out somewheres with the kids during covid times and I will never go back.

Staff were talking bad about customers for simply asking to add additional time onto their lane. Wish people were more friendly towards customers especially during the pandemic.

I didn't have there food but because of covid you play by time not game which is not bad.

Great place been bowling there for years
