Great location. Beautifully maintained facility. Kerri is very professional. helpful, and easy to work with. The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly with good communication throughout. Highly recommended!
I forgot the lady who was behind the desk, but she was extremely helpful and nice to us. She even called us to let us know the snow and ice had melted in front of our unit. She went out of her way and my mother and I appreciate her. Thank you so much. I believe her name was Kerri come to think of it.thank you for everything.
Good storage location in Middletown NY near the highways, Fantastic customer service! Patty was awesome, she helped me make the right decision for the things I need it to store, made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommended!
Very clean and well maintained facility. Over the past few months the new manager Kerri and her assistant manager Patti have been very helpful with questions or concerns. I highly recommend this facility to anyone. istorage should be proud of these two individuals working for their company!
