I entered the store looking for a specific product by a brand I preferred. It was not in stock and the clerk took the time to use my preferences along with his knowledge to recommend new scents based on that, as well as patiently offering samples of new scents to try when I was not sure. I've been a customer here a couple of times, and have not had one bad experience.

I spent over $200 here on three colognes, after I took them home I realized they were all the weakest , they were all EDT and extremely expensive, being that they were the weakest of all. EDP would have been more like it for the prices. Everything I got sold was basically a weak body spray. I would definitely make sure you check what you're getting before you take it home. Make sure it's eau de parfum , not eau de toilet.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had a perfume bought as a gift. The receipt was thrown away. Opened the box and instantly didn’t like the smell. I never sprayed the perfume. Brought it back to the store and said that I understood that I wouldn’t be able to get my money($120) back without a receipt but I would be fine with store credit to get something different. Guy immediately had an attitude, said there is no way of him knowing that I bought it there. I explained the situation of it being bought as a gift. He opens the box and pulls the perfume out and tells me “it’s used.” I’m confused. I told him there’s no way because I didn’t spray it at all. He replies “it’s very used. There’s nothing I can do.” I said well that’s interesting because that’s how it was bought from your store! Don’t waste your time. Not good costumer service on this stores end.

expensive and not really trustworthy. Purchased a perfume from here that I’ve always bought at kohl’s in the past , this one did not hold the scent all day like it should. Watered down or knock off..
