Windsor (Galleria At Crystal Run - Middletown, NY)

Great prices, charming pieces of clothing. Haven't seen items like this in other stores and I am always looking for trendy pieces of clothing but that not everyone has. The back of the store is all event or prom dresses.

Great place for finding gowns for.my daughter and the prices are just right. Need to add more stiletto heels in the shoe collection

I use to LOVE this place but the staff now is terrible!!! Pleaseeeee do whatever you can to get old staff back or at least a better one! I use to love the girls that worked there so not judgemental! So helpful! They always wanted to help and genuinely felt more of a friendship than anything. Last time I went in there I wasn’t even spoken to! Instead I was given dirty looks and attitude I believe the girl I asked for her name was Brianna something like that. SO RUDE!! TO EVERYONE! Also!!! Another visit I was spoken to by a Spanish woman with curly hair but she was totally rude constantly following me and giving me looks smh!! I would’ve given this place a 5 star review if old staff was there because they were great and I love the clothes but now it doesn’t even deserve this 1 star review. WILL NOT BE RETURNING
