As Per N.Y. State. I am now eligible to receive the Coronavirus vaccine due to a medical condition.nMade an appointment here no problem.n2 hrs prior to my appointment, the pharmacy calls to cancel. They decided they are only doing seniors at this time.nWalgreens website says otherwise.nPoorly mishandled.

Poor service at the pharmacy. Went to get the COVID vaccine and a girl completely lost my insurance card. Told her multiple times I did give it to her. Then she decided to get an attitude and yell at me because she thought I never gave it to her. Coming to find out she misplaced it and did not have the nerve to apologize for her rudeness. They need some serious training at that place.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. NO ONE ever answers the phone, the prescriptions always take forever to be ready and they are out of stock all of the time. I work at a doctors office and if I'm calling as a provider or a patient I can never get through. Then when you go into the store no one is on the phone, explains why no one ever answers you when you call. God forbid you have an emergent question. You'll die of old age on the phone before anyone picks up. Do yourself a favor and pick any other pharmacy than this one. Walgreens on Dolson DO BETTER.

On call for over 40mins..all i needed to do was see if script was ready and cost first b4 traveling to location..!! The store number and a pharmacy number ahould be diffrent!!not the same number!!..corporate this need to be fixed word of mouth and reviews fly quickly nowadays!! Absoultey rediculas!! Best bet i will be cahnging pharamcys and not shop your stores no more

I am a physician and this pharmacy has blocked the release of a medication needed by my patient. We followed protocol of the strict iPledge system, but because the pharmacy didn't have the medication in stock, the patient missed the one week window where she is allowed to get the medication distributed. If this was a facility that cared ANYTHING about patient care, they would've referred to a different pharmacy that had the medication in stock. Instead, they decided they would order it. when the shipment came in, guess what?! her window had passed so she couldn't get her medication. egregious. they were more worried about making money. now I have to stay late after hours to try and figure this out because I care about my patients. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
