The owner of KVI should be ashamed of herself. I have been a good customer with repeat business as was my dad and many friends from TOVAC over the years. I brought a denim vest in to have patches sewn on . I have had this done here multiple times. When I came to pick it up, I was shocked at the price ,it was more than double then it has been in the past. The employee and manager told me the owner changed prices recently. When I spoke to the owner she claimed that I have been charged wrong all the other times. I told her that that is not my fault and that I was still very upset and her response was that SHE is VERY UPSET that I have been undercharged the other times. She did not apologize or offer to accommodate me in any way. I am currently in remission from stage 3 colon cancer and am not working and definitely can’t afford what I ended up paying . If I was given the amount prior I would have never had the work done. They should have informed me that their prices increased drastically. Very upsetting and disappointing experience.

My firehouse has been using kvi for our uniforms and sweatshirts for years and I've been going here for 10+ years for boots and pants for work, all the staff are awesome, very nice, and will help and answer with any questions

The staff is always friendly, asking if help is needed. Sometimes smaller sizes are not in stock, but they have a pretty good inventory.
