I reached out to Alex after seeing one of her posts about her business and I decided to give it a try. I train jiu jitsu 3-4 times a week and wanted to give a meal prep service a try. I had a ton of questions before I pulled the trigger. Alex answered them all and zeroed in on a perfect plan for my lifestyle. After two weeks I’m already seeing gains and leaning out. The meals are all delicious; I’m always left satiated. I look forward to each meal, and it even helps me fight the cravings for snacks late night. I’m excited to continue seeing the results. I have more energy and I’m clearer.nI absolutely recommend this meal prep service!

I broke my wrist just before Christmas and couldn’t cook. I was beyond STRESSED! Alex catered our Christmas dinner, with very short notice, and it was FABULOUS! The rib roast was perfection, the scalloped potatoes were delicious and the roasted veggies ( Brussels Sprout, Broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions) were mmm - sooooo yummy! My family is already asking if we’re going to do this again for Easter dinner. YES! Absolutely! I may never cook another holiday meal. BOSS and Alex really came through for me. And the food couldn’t have been better!

Hands down. This meal prep service has been a god send! The meals are so fresh and delicious! I can’t stop saying anything but amazing things. This has really helped me stay on track with my fitness goals. The meals are healthy and macro friendly. Alex is so amazing and she really puts her heart and soul into these meals. This is my second month doing my meal prep orders and I have loved every second of it. Don’t hesitate to order from Boss Meals. It won’t let you down at all!

You can't say enough good thing about Boss Meal Prep & Alex's cooking. Been a customer for a few months now, and have had the opportunity to try a variety of different meals/cuisines made by Alex, and I have never once been disappointed. On top of all that, her meals are extremely healthy. Fortunate to have her services available here.

I've only tried this place once so far and I can honestly say I have no complaints with any of the meals! Every meal is absolutely delicious and tastes amazing. Everyone keeps asking what I'm eating and where I got it from and when I tell them they seem very interested to check it out as well. I can already tell this is going to be mine and my girlfriends go to place for our weekly lunches for work.
