They are a very good used car lot but the lady at enchantment is very very rude she has no manners at all. She has a bad attitude towards her customers and you try to trade in your and let’s say u owe 4300$ on it and you try to trade it in thru a dealership she will say you 5000$ That’s what she did with my friends and She was asking questions why and who was the sales man!! But I mean those guys at Main Street motors are very nice and helpful.

I bought a car from them and they gave me 15 day warranty, but everything worked during that 15 day period, after that the car started messing up little by little, I don’t have any a/c my cables to my battery are messed up, I put more money into this car then I do paying a month for it. They charged me 315 a month with a very high interest rate. I could’ve gone to another dealership that would have given me a better car than this Nissan that I bought from them and currently still paying... but I didn’t because I was told they work with their customers and they value their customers... when they don’t. The only person I liked there was Lou.

Sales man was helpful, asked me how much I can afford instead of charging me an absurd amount a month. The vehicle I purchased was working well for about a month then I had to replace the oil pan, the oil pump, and a knock sensor.i had to edit since the owner likes to respond, oil change is done every 3,000 miles, and yeah 2013 with 26,000 I should’ve noticed something was fishy about that my mistake just hope no one else gets screwed over .

This is a outstanding dealership. Everyone here has exceptional customer service. My husband and I have bought four cars from here and has always been treated with respect. John the owner is awesome. He really works with you. From the down payment to repairing anything wrong with the vehicle. We love this place! We stand true to it. If you are looking for a good used car this is the place to go to.

Honestly best dealership ever! I always find the car I’m looking for and they are so easy to work with. We have bought 3 cars from this dealership and we will continue to purchase at this dealership. I live in El Paso and found this dealership much easier to work with than any in El Paso! 👍🏼
