I went on a school field trip with my daughter and it was just like when I was a kid!! Honestly, the only difference is the teachers are younger now which is beneficial for the children!!
Enjoyed a nice stroll through the woods. Trails are well kept. Beautiful little park. Worth a visit.
They have a community festival every fall where there are tons of games and projects for the kids, including candle making, wagon rides, and pumpkin carving! Don't miss the crazy half-blind squirrel they keep in a cage! (Watch yer digits, kids.)
