Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

Never shared a review before, but felt i had to. I was staying in Rochester for one night and figured pizza was quick and easy. Salvatore sounded good and was only 5 miles away. Took an hour to get here. Pizza was cold and they forgot half of my order. I called and they said they would send it with they next driver. Never showed up.

So let's see, last week I order food from salvatore in brockport. Which when I got my food I notice that they forgot my blue cheese. That I paid extra for cause god forbid that they give it to you. So I called them and told them that they forgot the blue cheese. Some girl said that they will send it out right away. An hour and a half later was when I got the blue cheese, so I called and spoke with someone who said they were sorry and that they would credit me my order back in the amount of $50 which I was fine with. So I said to my family I'll just waiting till next week and order the food for the football game so I did. So I called ordered my food, a hour and a half went bye and still no food. So I called them and a disrespectful girl answered the phone and said that my order was out for delivery and that it could take a hour before I see my food, mind you I already waited a hour and a half. So I say to her, can't I just come and pick it up and she said no. Mind you I only live around the corner from them. When I got my food the pizza was burnt . I was so mad that I grab the pizza and took it back to the store and ask for my money back. Which they gave me a hard time about. I took my money and went somewhere else for food. I will never order from them again and it's sad because I grow up in the city and always ordered from them but never again. I also took pictures of the pizza which I will be sharing on social media. Thanks for nothing...

ORDERED A PIZZA YESTERDAY....PEPPERONI AND BACON......IT WAS DRIER THAN A CATS ASK..... I WAS ON HOLD FOR TEN MINUTES... LISTENING TO THAN VERY ANNOYING SALVATORES GUY.... I AM NOT A FAN AT ALL OF THEIR QUALITY..THEIR SERVICE...OR THEIR FOOD.... GOOD-BYE SALVATORES YOU WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME...

The pizza is good and the wings are great, but the chicken parm is the best item on the menu. If you’re eating in Brockport then Salvatores is worth the stop!

I typically love Salvatores’s pizza and regularly order from them. My last few experiences have been less than pleasing, I’ve been so disappointed for the money I’ve spent versus the food I received. The food quality is not what it used to be, by any means. I have tried to take into account we are living in a pandemic and everyone is coping with various issues as such. I ordered a pizza Friday night. It was absolutely terrible; undercooked, sloppy and very greasy on top as well as underneath. I think I’ve given numerous chances to see if it was just an off day, however that clearly is not the case when this is a repeated action. You have lost my business.
