After using the Automatic wash bay I'm wondering why the undercarriage sprayer shuts-off before my vehicle is completely into the wash bay. This has happened to me twice with different vehicles! Observing a vehicle going through ahead of me I timed that it received a 20-second under spray -very good! Yet when it was my turn, the undercarriage sprayer shut down after only 5 seconds. Either of my vehicles had finished entering the wash bay in that time. I am puzzled!
Always the nicest employees here! Getting in and out can be a bit tricky, but other than that this place is awesome. plenty of parking, huge store, great coffee selection, etc. get the speedy rewards credit card and get the max points!
Always clean and well stocked. The other day I went to the location at rt 259 and rt 104 (Spencerport) and the cashier (Anthony) was extremely lethargic and slow, as if he was high on something. It made me uncomfortable and worried me. Either he was on something or he was sick. I doubt sick. Other than that one incident on 1/16, everyone is nice.
Great staff... well stocked shelves... plenty of pumps for gas. Almost never a wait.
It's a gas station, convenient store, perfectly fine, but, I find the TVs in the pump stations so annoying and distracting! The new trend I guess, but not a fan personally. I gas up elsewhere if I can, lol.
