If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Very rude!! Horrible customer service!
I don't care if the floors are dirty, don't care if they don't have everything stocked how I want it... They are the nicest staff anywhere. The kindness they show to my autistic child every time he walks in, simply amazes me (and they have no idea of his disabilities). Most people shake their head and make us feel unwelcome. I get greeted with a big smile and warm hello regardless of who is behind the counter. Great job y'all
I miss the days where Troy always had the coffee area nice and everything was clean and full and organized. Unfortunately those days are gone. However the current staff is very nice and friendly, even sometimes a little under staffed which is not their fault.nnI'll keep going back for the coffee and the smiles but I wish management would start caring like they did before the location was sold back to corporate.
Stopped at this 7 Eleven about a half hour ago and the employee working told us we couldn't go in because he was just starting his break. Absolutely unacceptable. This store lost almost $75 in sales because this employee turned us and probably countless other people away.nFortunately there was another 7 Eleven just a few blocks away that we were allowed to go into and the company still got the sale. The 2 women at this store were extremely nice and opened up a second register because they were busy, no doubt because Mr. Guy was not accepting customers.
It's great that 7-Eleven want everyone to use their app, But if you're the only cashier on duty you can't stand their teaching people how to use it while you've got a line halfway through the store.
