It is nice you can choose whether you want lighted area or the dark with the black.lights and screens going, but this place is extremely expensive especially the food and drink. I wouldn't come back again without some type of coupon.
I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because of COVID guidelines and struggles but we were told the bar was closed due to cleaning. So we waited and played and bought food. Pizza was good. Then went to the bar when they told us it would open and they made another excuse that their bartender wasn’t there yet so customer service was definitely lacking. So I would recommend going to a local bowling alley rather than this place
I'm giving this place 5 stars because I love the staff, who are always super friendly and accommodating. We had fun bowling a couple games on Friday night. They have safety procedures in place and I felt totally safe and able to have fun. Cannot thank Friday night's staff enough for an actual night out doing an activity while feeling cared for and safe!
That big timmy jimmy guy at the front desk was extremely rude. There was barely any customer service. the COVID sheets in between the lanes is just another spot for people to touch and leave their germs, they’re in the way of the bowling balls.
Always fair on prices, really good servers and great oiled lanes
