A call center has been answering calls for this store & refuses to transfer me to the actual Amsterdam Walgreens Pharmacy.nShe said there is a 2-3 hour service time once they get the prescription from the doctor? For an antibiotic? I politely again asked her to transfer me to the pharmacy so I could ask a question & she sent me to voicemail. Rude.

Great customer service and the pharmacy is one of the best in the area. They are always professional and treat their customers great. A good selection of products as well.

It’s always some issues at the pharmacy even got given the wrong meds once because we had the same last name.
