Stock of skiing gear was low but they were extremely helpful. We knew very little about ski equipment and they took their time with us and never got impatient. I'll be back.

Went for seasonal rental of snowboarding equipment for our daughter and the staff was excellent and we were very happy with the selection of helmets, gloves, and goggles.

there's a reason they want your money before the job. had pool put in an water was to be part of the deal . some water showed but not enuff for the pump to run or heater. they said they'd be here in 3 days to show us how to run it. it's been 2-weeks an still waiting. the liner has huge air pockets in it. they don't have the winter cover or solar cover. the 4000. dolllor heater sits in mud an wobbles. . this is all bs. buyer beware.

Called to schedule a install of a pool liner. Was put on hold for about a half hour. Was told I didn’t need to put a deposit on the liner and it would be here in 3 weeks and quoted $4100. Three weeks went by so I reached back out then they told me it wasn’t ordered and I needed a deposit and the price was now $5600...So I reached out to school house pools and they gave me the price of $4100, so I went with them. I will not do business with alpin haus again, they used to be great, but now the people they hire don’t know anything and poor customer service and price gouging.
