Late last night our garage door torsion spring broke and we didn't know it until the morning when the door didn't open. I contacted Empire rolling garage door through and Ian responded very quickly, informed me about their service trip fee for repairs ($25), and was on his way.nIan had all the parts ready in his tracks. It looked as if there isn’t even one garage door in all Buffalo he can’t fix. And naturally he had our spring size. Quick removal of old springs, installation of the new springs he brought from his truck, and the door working like never stopped. He also installed 2 safety cables that apparently are required (I checks online and indeed they are required, can’t believe I never had them installed by previous company).nSuper happy I find Empire rolling garage door! I can't ask for more. Highly recommended Empire rolling garage door.
Empire Rolling Gates is the best when it comes to electric gates! You can tell Armando loves what he does and aims to make the customer happy. We’ve been using them for several years now. Any time our gate starts acting up we give Empire Rolling Gates a call. Armando is punctual, honest, and professional. The last time we had him out the gate had a wiring problem that prevented it from opening. He traced down the short, repaired it, and now our gate works better than ever. And the best part? Armando came the same day we called for service.
We have used Empire Rolling Gates twice now and it’s been easy and great both times. Armando shows up, knows what’s wrong right away, and repaired the gate’s motor pretty quick. He then greased the trucks and tested the wiring of the motor and the gate. Great service and a company that you can trust to come and repair your gate 24/7.
Our business gate was stuck open and we couldn't leave it overnight. Empire Rolling Gates came out within an hour, Armando noticed that the spring is little lose and fixed the issue immediately. Very professional and had all the right tools with him. Recommended for business owners in Buffalo who uses rolling gates to secure the store.
They are really easy to get a hold of. You can easily set up an appointment with them and they give you estimates that they stick to. They were not cheap, but they were what I needed. They were worth the money and I would recommend them to everyone who need an overhead garage door installed.
