I found Dan to be very helpful. Once situated. It’s very easy to drop off and store. There is a safe, secure covered parking space to take your car off the road to unload. Also have the use of flat beds to stack your boxes and take them (by elevator) to your designated storage unit. Very clean, tidy location and reasonably priced.
We have used many storage units over the years for work , school and personal . Our experience at Buffalo Storage surprisingly was by far the best! Dan , the manager was exceptional in his customer service and willingness to accommodate our request to enable us to have a seamless moving experience. We ran a little later getting there than expected and he not only waited and welcomed us but also escorted us up to show us our unit and explained the process. Dan is the best ! I would definitely use this facility again should we need storage space on another occasion .nThanks Dan!! .
