Wow this place is bad. Every single piece is covered in dust, don't think employees know what cleaning is. A piece that should only be $20, they price at $65. I don't know if the place is failing and over charging to try and save themselves or if that's just how it's always been but it's definitely a rip off. The employees didn't know anything other than if something looks cool. They act unenthused and lazily as anything asked of them is a burden. A lot of great smoke shops in the city, this is not one. Don't overpay, just go any place else.

Brittany is by far the most over the top, emotional, dramatic person I've ever dealt with. The store employes teenagers who seem to not have an understanding of how their system works. Nobody in the store has the authority to refund, you'll be waiting on a game of text tag. Products are dusty, employees are salty, no wonder nobody suggests shopping here.

Greatful.....to visit every time. Anything dead or even close to this type of taste you will find here. Always a pleasure to see the staff of super friendly people. Definitely recommend

I'm always happy when I go to Terrapin! They've got so much selection and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. One of my favorite places to shop.
