Bath & Body Works

I was so excited for the annual candle sale as I am ever year. I love the candles. But how do all the stores in my area sell out of fresh balsam before the candle sale, even before Christmas very disappointing.

Terrible experience customer service wise... every time I come into the store a girl named Claire is extremely impatient and seems annoyed to be of service. Today the associates and manager decided to pull a lip gloss set that rang up at $2.75 off the tables after I had purchased, because it rang in at $2.75 (I am a member of a bath and body sales group so I seen others posting about it and decided to give it a try myself) and was going to purchase more but for who knows what reason they pulled the item off the tables and then lied about it when I called upon inquiry saying that it was for someone else because they either A) they wanted us customers to pay more or B) wanted it for themselves. I am extremely upset about this as it is there job to honor the sale price and they instead pulled the item and pretended it was out of stock. I will be contacting customer service tomorrow but this is such a disappointment. I even called and visited the galleria mall bath and body works... they were willing to sale the item for the price that it rang in no problem so why couldn’t this store do the same??? ud83eudd14
