I was overally impressed the first time dealing with Enis who even delivered my mower to me at no additional cost and the mower came with oil and gas and ready to roll. Unfortunately day one of using it I of course hit a metal stake and bent the crankshaft! Enis was more than helpful in making sure I was taking care of and did the best he could to get me another mower to use. Highly recommend for customer service is key to me!
