I cooked the scallops the other night, and they were incredible! This fish is restaurant quality and surprisingly easy to cook. Talking with Ryan and Grace at the markets relieves the intimidation factor of cooking seafood. Go see them and support sustainable fishing, learn about the importance of buying wild-caught, while supporting local small business! WNY is lucky to have PCS!
Great discovery, visited my 1st time Saturday bought Prawns for dinner and will definitely be back. Its about time we have someplace to get good quality Seafood..
Pacific Cloud Seafoods is the next extension of a family legacy for fresh fishing in Alaskan waters. I love that it’s sustainably sourced and gives business straight to the fishermen. My whole family feels good knowing where our food comes from and that makes it taste even better.
