The battery on an old garage door keypad died, which reset its code to default. Unfortunately, that default code is based on the dip switch on the motor which is inside the garage, and I don't have a key for the lock. Oscar arrived less than 30 minutes after I called and quickly removed the lock so that I could open the garage door manually and reprogram the keypad. He also explained my options for getting the lock rekeyed and made recommendations. Quick, professional, affordable, and friendly. Thank you, Oscar and Action Locksmith, for the five-star service.

I used to get keys at home depot. I thought I was saving money over the locksmith. I also have had a lockout service from the cheapest place I could find. I didn't realize that IT WAS CHEAPER AND BETTER to just go to a professional.
